Blazer Jobs is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services for a medical leave coverage assignment in Arcadia, Louisiana. This full-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining flexibility through a teletherapy model.

About the Role
The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct assessments, deliver teletherapy sessions, and support students communication development in collaboration with teachers, families, and special education teams.
You will:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations via virtual platforms
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on student goals and needs
- Provide direct and consultative virtual speech therapy sessions
- Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff remotely
Qualifications
- Active Louisiana Speech-Language Pathologist License (required)
- CCC-SLP certification (preferred)
- Experience providing virtual or teletherapy services strongly preferred
- Excellent technical, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and secure therapy platforms
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $40 $50+ per hour (based on experience and assignment)
- Full-time W-2 contract | 37.5 hours per week | MondayFriday
